Use of Valence is conditional upon full compliance with these Terms. Continued usage indicates acceptance of any updates or modifications made to this document.

• Access to Valence may require a key obtained through official channels
• Access is granted per user and is non-transferable
• Sharing access, accounts, or keys is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice

Valence operates under a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding interference with the Software.

• Attempting to reverse engineer, deobfuscate, dump, or analyze the Software
• Modifying, tampering with, or interfering with internal systems
• Attempting to bypass protections, restrictions, or access controls
• Any effort to replicate or redistribute Valence systems or components

We maintain a minimal and controlled data collection approach for security and functionality.

The following information may be stored securely:

• Hashed Hardware Identifier (HWID)
• Username and display name
• Discord username
• Game/session information

This data is used for authentication, security, and service integrity.

• Sensitive identifiers may be processed in a secured format
• Data is not sold or shared with third parties
• Data may be used internally to prevent abuse, enforce rules, and improve the system

Valence is an independent software and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any related platform.

• We are not responsible for any actions taken against your account, including bans or restrictions
• While we aim to reduce detection and improve safety, we do not guarantee protection
• We may update or adjust systems over time to improve reliability and reduce risk

Valence reserves full rights to modify its systems at any time.

• Features, access methods, or requirements may change without prior notice
• Monetization methods, including key systems or access requirements, may be introduced in the future
• Users are not entitled to compensation, refunds, or claims based on such changes

By using Valence, you agree to:

• Use the Software at your own risk
• Avoid misuse, abuse, or unintended behavior
• Follow all applicable platform rules while using Valence

• Violations of these Terms will result in immediate action
• Enforcement may include restriction, suspension, or permanent blacklist
• All enforcement decisions are final and not subject to appeal

• These Terms are not exhaustive and are not limited to only the scenarios listed above
• Any attempt to exploit loopholes, bypass restrictions, or act against the intent of these Terms may result in enforcement action
• Valence reserves the right to take action on behavior that is deemed harmful, even if not explicitly stated in this document

• Valence reserves the right to update these Terms at any time
• Continued use after updates implies acceptance
• Ignorance of these Terms does not exempt violations
